Your Custom Home Process

At 10 Squared we believe that the custom building process should be as fun and stress free  as possible.  We want you to be involved as much or as little as you are comfortable with.  10 Squared is a family owned business and we want you to feel like family through the entire process.

Inspiration

1-3 Weeks

This is the stage where we help you convert your dreams into a reality.  Have you been thinking about that perfect kitchen layout or that certain exterior. We will help show you what is possible and work with you to find the perfect plan for you and your family.

Design

3-5 Weeks

Our approach is fresh, energetic and current. We will work with you to work from the inside out, focusing first and foremost on the livability and functionality of the floor plan from your point of view, all while considering the aesthetic of the home.  We are here to keep you within budget as well as create your dream home.

Finalize

5-7 Weeks

Once you approve the architectural plans and the budget pricing, we will then be ready to finalize the contract price. The contract will include the specifications, time to complete, information on our warranty and also the contracted price.  Once all parties agree we will begin construction.

Build

24-27 Weeks

Now that the preliminary phases are complete, the excitement can now begin!  We will be in constant communication with you throughout the construction phase.  Regular appointments and consultations will be scheduled between you and our team on site to reconfirm all selections.

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for—it’s time to take the keys to your dream house and plan your housewarming.  Moving into a home built just for you is really exciting!  We pride ourselves on being “Your Builder for Life“, so even after you have moved in and settled down we want you to know we will still be there.    Whether you’re a first time homeowner or a seasoned one, you’ll be glad to know your 10 Squared warranty is also included in our service…
